Creek Family, join us in supporting our local community during the holidays by participating in our Christmas Outreach! We partner with schools in our area to provide assistance to families who could use extra help with gifts this season.
How You Can Help:
Adopt a Child: Pick up a gift list the weekend of November 8th-9th, and return the purchased gifts by December 8th.
Donate Essentials: We are also collecting new coats, hats and gloves for our Azle campus.
