This Christmas season, let’s be Set in Motion to bring hope, joy, and love to families right here in our community. On Thursday, December 11th from 4:00–7:30 PM, we’ll be partnering with Northbrook Elementary and Gilliland Elementary (EMS-ISD) to bless families with holiday gifts, meals, and prayer.
There are so many ways to serve—whether it’s welcoming families as they arrive, loading cars with gifts, preparing meals, or offering a kind word and prayer. Every role helps make this night unforgettable! And the fun doesn’t stop there—we’ll also need help in the following days to deliver the remaining gifts to the schools.
Volunteer Roles Include:
-CreekDash: Deliver prepared meals to cars
-Floaters: Jump in wherever needed
-Food Prep: Get meals ready for families
-Greeters: Welcome and direct traffic
-Loaders (13+): Place gifts and meals in cars
-Prayer Partners: Offer encouragement and prayer
-Runners: Gather bags and hustle them to loaders
-Set-Up (2:30–4:00 PM): Get everything ready before families arrive
